Atunci cand nu am reusit sa dam jos kilogramele in plus, ne deranjeaza ca nu parem macar prin ceea ce purtam, un pic mai slabi. E adevarat ca atunci cand tinuta nu este cea adecvata proportiilor , parca suntem si mai grasi :(

Trebuie sa alegem un outfit potrivit pentru a ne subtia silueta si de a crea o iluzie optica, parand un pic mai inalti. Pentru asta cititi in continuare….

In primul rand ar trebui sa evitam imprimeurile sau carourile, ele destructureaza partile corpului si le fac si mai mici. Ar fi de preferat tesaturile in culori cat mai apropiate unele de altele, sau aceiasi culoare in nuante diferite, degradeuri monocromatice, materiale care nu se sifoneaza si care nu sunt prea fluide. Culorile inchise ar fi cele de preferat. Dungile verticale dar intr-o alaturare monocromatica – aceasi culoare cu tonuri diferite sau materialitati diferite – mat/lucios, va ajuta la lungirea tinutei, un corp mai inalt pare mai putin gras.

Sacourile sau taioarele ar trebui sa fie cu cat mai multi nasturi pe o singura linie, reverele gulerelui trebuie sa aiba forma in V sau jacketa cu fermoar vizibil, tricourile cu forma anchiorului ascutit in jos, fularul sau esarfa de evitat sa o incolacim in jurul gatului- de preferat sa fie purtata dupa gat si atat, dintr-un material mai usor sa aiba cadere. De evitat pantalonii cu manseta fie ei chiar jeans, pantofii in culoare cat mai apropiata cu pantalonul pentru a da continuitate partii de jos. Buzunarele sacourilor nu trebuie sa aiba platca, fara protectia coatelor aplicate mai ales la sacourile casual.

De evitat ,de asemenea, umerii raglan, adica acea croiala a manecilor care taie linia umerilor incepand de la baza gatului, acest croi rotunjeste partea de sus a trunchiului, potrivita pentru persoanele slabe sau cu umerii foarte proieminenti.

Ca o concluzie, tinuta completa ar trebui sa fie monocroma, inclusiv incaltamintea care nu trebuie sa contrasteze cu restul, sa incercam sa dam o continuitate pe verticala, fara linii, imprimeuri sau croiuri pe orizontala.

Closed colors would be preferable. Vertical stripes but in a monochromatic blend – the same color with different tones or different materials – matte / glossy, will help to stretch the outfit, a taller body seems less fat.
The socks or the tails should have as many buttons as possible on a single line, the collars of the collar must be V-shaped or the zipper with a visible zipper, shirts with the shape of a sharpened chin, scarf or scarf to avoid walking around the neck – preferably to be worn around the neck and so make it easier to fall. Avoid pants with the cuff, be it even jeans, the shoes in color as close as possible to the pants to give continuity to the bottom. The jacket pockets should not have a flat bezel, especially for casual jackets.
Also to avoid the raglan shoulders, that is, the cut of the cuts that cut the shoulder line from the base of the neck, this cut rounds the top of the trunk, suitable for the weak or the most prominent shoulders.
As a conclusion, the complete outfit should be monochrome, including footwear that does not have to contrast with the rest, try to give a vertical continuity, without lines, prints or horizons horizontally.
